Principal seller, no held funds
Jewelbox is the seller of record on every invoice. You pay us by bank transfer against that invoice and we ship. We hold no wallet, no account balance and no escrow on your behalf.
Published 300 bps (3%) commission
Platform commission is fixed at a flat 300 bps (3%) levied strictly on seller settlement, funding buyer volume discounts down to 2.5% without diminishing the maker's floor. Buyers pay 0% commission.
Nothing enters the exchange unseen
Consignments arrive at the Almas Tower bench before they are ever listed. Metal fineness, carat weight and stone origin are recorded against the piece, and the record travels with it through vault custody to settlement.
